Introduction
Phfiery sportsbook rules govern all bets placed on the platform. By placing a bet you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. Where the term “Phfiery” appears, it refers to the operator of the sportsbook and its affiliates acting in the capacity of bookmaker.
Eligibility and Account Use
-
You must be legally eligible to gamble under applicable laws and be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
-
Accounts may be subject to verification checks. Access to certain markets may be restricted by jurisdiction or licensing. Phfiery reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that fail verification or violate these rules.
Bet Types and Construction
-
Single bets are wagers on a single event with a single outcome. Returns are calculated by stake times the odds, subject to market rules.
-
Accumulator bets, or multi-event bets, combine two or more independent selections. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay. The overall result is the product of all individual odds times the stake.
-
System bets divide a multi-leg selection into a set of smaller bets. A system bet can win where not all legs win. The payout is calculated on the basis of the subset of winning legs and the corresponding odds.
-
Banker bets form a component of a system bet and are subject to special terms. Banker bets are supported on desktop platforms only and must be selected as the banker within the system.
-
Jackpot bets refer to fixed jackpot offerings. Where a jackpot bet is placed, settlement occurs in accordance with the rules applicable to the fixed jackpot event, without altering standard market settlement.
Market Rules and Price Corrections
-
If the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, Phfiery will void the market pending official confirmation. Markets offered after the outcome is verified will be voided.
-
Prices displayed on the platform are subject to verification. If an obvious error in price or terms is identified, the market may be voided at Phfiery’s discretion.
-
In the event of an event being abandoned, interrupted, or not completed, unsettled markets shall be treated in accordance with the rules described for the relevant sport, including extensions where applicable to final official results.
-
Where a match or event is postponed or rescheduled beyond a defined window (commonly 48 hours), bets on affected markets will be void unless markets have already been unconditionally determined.
-
In the absence of an official source, Phfiery may settle bets based on internal statistics and data deemed reliable by the operator.
-
Dead heat rules apply where there is a tie between two or more winners. Stakes are pro rata distributed among winners in accordance with the number of winning selections.
Soccer Rules and Settlement
-
General scope: All match markets are settled on the result at the end of regular time, including any added injury or stoppage time, but excluding extra time and penalties unless the market expressly states otherwise. Video Assistant Referee decisions will be taken into account where applicable.
-
Official decisions: If a significant event occurs after a bet is placed and before settlement, bets may be voided or adjusted consistent with the final official result once announced. This does not apply to friendly matches unless otherwise stated.
-
Match timing and venue: If a scheduled kick-off time is revised, bets placed before the revised time remain valid provided they are placed before that revised time. If a match is moved to a different venue or the home/away designation changes, bets based on the original listing may be void.
-
Halftime and full-time: Halftime bets are generally void if the match is not completed or if the half-time market cannot be determined; full-time bets remain valid if the match proceeds to completion within the scheduled window.
-
European handicap: The European handicap is a whole-number handicap that yields a three-way result, including a draw. Example: Home team at -1 means the home team must win by two or more goals for a win; a draw is achieved when the actual difference equals the handicap; rules apply similarly for other fixed values. The result is settled on the final scoreboard including any valid extra time as applicable to that market.
-
Red and yellow cards: Card markets treat a standard yellow as 1 card and red or yellow-red as 2 cards. A second yellow that leads to a sending-off is counted as a red card for that player. Cards awarded to non-playing personnel are excluded.
-
First Goalscorer and Anytime Goalscorer: Own goals are excluded from settlement for First Goalscorer and Anytime Goalscorer; all players who took part in the match as runners are eligible unless otherwise stated. If a player is substituted before appearing, bets on that player may be voided as specified in the market terms.
-
Corners and other markets: Boundaries for corner markets require that corners are taken; counted corners only, not those awarded but not taken.
Horse Racing Rules and Concessions
-
Ante-post bets settle at the price and place terms applicable at acceptance. Non runner no bet terms apply where specified. Official race results published by recognized authorities govern settlement, subject to errors and omissions.
-
Double Result concession applies: if a horse finishes first past the post, winnings follow the immediate result; if the horse is promoted or disqualified after the result by a Stewards’ Inquiry or Objection announced before the weigh-in, settlement is made in the customer’s favor where applicable.
-
First Past the Post and official result: For UK and Irish racing, settlement occurs on First Past the Post and the final official result after weigh-in; disqualification after weigh-in does not affect settled bets unless stated.
-
Maximum payout limits apply per instrument and market as published by Phfiery. Stakes remain subject to these caps regardless of concession outcomes.
General Settlement Principles
-
Bets are settled using the official statistics and sources available to Phfiery at the time of settlement. In the absence of an official source, internal statistics may be used for settlement.
-
Bets may be voided from the time of the triggering event to the final official decision where a market is altered by a significant event, including but not limited to substitution, disqualification, or substance changes in the match result.
-
Where markets are offered with an incorrect official start time or mislabelled teams, Phfiery reserves the right to void or adjust those bets as required to reflect the true nature of the event.
-
In cases of dead heat, settlement is pro rata in accordance with the number of winners, except in markets where a draw is offered separately from a tie outcome.
-
All settlements are final subject to reasonable correction in the event of clerical errors or data entry mistakes. Any corrections will be applied in accordance with the operator’s error-correction policy.
Disputes and Modifications
Phfiery reserves the right to modify these rules, suspend betting, or void markets in the event of technical issues, regulatory changes, or material discrepancies. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
